Get to Know Owen L'Aquila

 I was raised in Westchester and NYC. I got my start in the restaurant industry as a bartender and waiter, which piqued my interest in the culinary arts. Gaining confidence in these areas, I dove headfirst into fine dining. Learning Asian cuisine, I transitioned into mastery of Italian, which truly reflects my food memories, and experience. My career includes Morimoto, Daniel, Marea and Carbone. I blend high level techniques with firsthand life experiences. My coastal Italian cuisine reflects a studious knowledge while bringing an authentic American flare to the plate.
